Managed Print includes all maintenance and supplies. Your printer is monitored online in near real-time, and we receive alerts when a toner is running low. We then send it to you before the toner in the printer runs out - in short, we know you are running low on toner before you do. No more cash tied up in toner under a desk waiting to be used and no more cash tied up in the supplies in the machine as you only pay for them when you use them. We look after all the maintenance of the printer as well.

Basic Managed Service – you buy the supplies
Here we take over the management of your printers, we monitor them online as above and dispatch toner to you as and when needed. You just pay for what we deliver when you need it.
